<p dir="ltr">Aug 13 is close...  with respect to potential funding sources (and due to fact that I may not be able to be that physically present for lots of things), I'd be willing to help on the financial back-end to maybe do something like set up a hacksail PayPal account and put in some seed funds to it, then spam potential donors (perhaps we can have a publicly facing page on the <a href="http://knowledge.hacklab.to">knowledge.hacklab.to</a> wiki we could use for "promotional" purposes?), to try to raise external funding? what does the team think to the idea of sponsorship logos on certain parts of the exterior of the boat,  sort of a la Nascar type decals? or are we not talking so much money that it's maybe just better to self-fund and avoid crass commercialization? </p>
<p dir="ltr">spamming potential equipment /parts / robotics / government funding sources is something I can contribute to,  should that be of interest to the team...? </p>
<p dir="ltr">I'll try to post a similar question to Slack, maybe under a "financials" tab...? </p>
<p dir="ltr">a proper name (besides hast) would help... I like the sound of "hacksail" as it incorporates Hacklab (and mit-style hacking) and sail, but maybe I'm being too simplistic...? </p>
