[darkroom] Darkroom electrical upgrades complete

Daria and I got a bunch of the electrical upgrades in the darkroom done
today:
- Added a switched outlet for the safelight, so we don't have to fumble
for the annoying switch in the dark anymore.
- Added a GFCI under the sink, so we can connect the Intellifaucet safely.
- Rewired both overhead light fixtures and replaced the fluorescent tubes
with LED tubes (thanks ATrain for grabbing these! :D). They're brighter
than the old tubes, and use less power. They're 5000K, in theory.

The new overhead lights take 2-3s to come on when you flip the switch, so
don't be alarmed when nothing happens right away.

Next step will be the plumbing upgrades, scheduled for Tuesday.
