[darkroom] Darkroom status - back up!

The darkroom is back up and running, now with a fancy new Intellifaucet!
To use this:
1. Turn the knob on the controller on the wall to the temperature you want.
2. Adjust the flow rate on the brass faucets to get the amount of water
you want.
3. Wait ~5-10s until the READY light comes on.
4. Do darkroom things!

No more manually fiddling with taps to get the temperature you want! :)
The darkroom is still torn apart, I need a break right now so will put the
shelving back up and organize everything later tonight or tomorrow when
I'm here :)
