[darkroom] Lights in s12 utility room

There are currently a bunch of relatively bright lights in the s12 utility
room, for the new door access control board. ATrain has putting this in a
proper box and sealing up the light on his radar, but for now when you
need the room fully dark, turn the switch on the (lit) power bar off and
all the lights will go out. This will disable the reader/strike on the
member closet, but that's okay for the time being.
