Subject: Looking for an "inventor". Can you help?

Hello Paul,
My name is Adriano; sorry for the unsolicited message.

I understand you have some experience with the hacklab in Toronto. My firm is in the business of developing exhibits and interactive spaces for a variety of clients, both
corporate and institutional.
I am hunting for a very special individual to fill a brand new role and possibly even lead up an entirely new department within our firm.
Our company is great at design and build.... but we currently rely on partners to help us develop any sort of interactive media or displays. I am essentially looking for an
inventor. A 'maker' that can draw from various technological disciplines to help bring our ideas for digitial and physicial interactive displays to life.

I don't really know how/where to find, let alone approach, potential condidates with this skill set and am reaching out to people like yourself that might have more experience
in the maker community and could help point me in the right direction... or even to the right individual. I really prefer not to place an open job listing and have to weed
through dozens of applicants with a little bit of graphic and web design background. I don't mind someone who is young... as long as they have the necessary drive and broad
skills required.

I'll thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
I appreciate your time.

Kind regards,
Adriano
