*Network Administrator*



Computer Methods International Corp. (CMiC) is a well-established software
development firm specializing in enterprise financial and cost management
systems designed for the largest construction companies in North America
and some large construction companies in England and Singapore. Our main
competitor is SAP.



Hikuu is a new division of CMiC that provides a subset of CMiC software on
the cloud and deals with small to mid-sized construction companies.

*Job Responsibility: *



Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and
supporting a company's computer systems. Designs and installs LANs, WANs,
Internet and intranet systems, and network segments.



*Primary Job Duties:*



•        Design and deploy networks.

•        Determine network and system requirements.

•        Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and
intranet systems.

•        Establishes network specifications by conferring with users;
analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements;
designing router administration, including interface configuration and
routing protocols.

•        Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and
analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems;
escalating problems to vendor.

•        Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues
including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and
executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of
equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing
connections and firewalls.

•        Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers,
switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones,
software deployment, security updates and patches.

•        Strong Linux background is a must – bash scripting experience

•        Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

•        Perform network address assignment.

•        Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing,
evaluating, and installing enhancements.

•        Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs;
providing references and support.

•        Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add
value to job accomplishments.

•        Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control,
and evaluation; maintaining documentation.



*Qualifications:* Network+, FCNSA, MCSE
