Hi Dave,
It sounds like more than 5 hours of work. But if you have more details it might be easier to find the right person, or at least get some advice on what you're doing....
ie. You say you have "all the tools at the ready", it would be helpful to know what these tools are. Do you have some kind of existing webcam software you need connected, if so, what type of control and options does it offer? Or are you looking for someone to write you some machine vision software from scratch? Is there integration with max/msp/jitter, processing, pure data, isadora, or something else? What OS? Where are videos stored, how many monitors and how many screens? What are the interactions? What formats are movies/videos in, how/where are they stored, what kinds of playback device(s) are you thinking of using?
Sorry for all the questions, but details are very helpful in this kind of installation.
Alan

Subject: [Jobs] Who wants to have some fun?

Hello all,

My name is Dave Mauz. I am having an art show at the Northern Contemporary Gallery downstairs from Hack Lab T.O. I am looking to employ an individual for 5hrs and possibly more that is preferable to them for some simple programming tasks. The main component of project that I will need assistance is to turn webcams in to triggers that will then play video on various screens. I have all the tools at the ready. Basically anyone who wants to play around with a bunch of cool toys and be part of a real cool art show and get paid and fed for their troubles please contact me ASAP.

Keep On Hacking In The Free World.
