[darkroom] Ubi is useful for the darkroom?

Timing seems a really useful use for it, to me! Can ask it to set specific
timers or even set it up to know the whole set of required times for a
specific process so it will time CD, then stop, then blix, then rinsing,
etc. Also would work for timing RA4 which requires complete darkness.
