Help Desk Support Position

We are looking for an individual to fill a junior position for a
wired/wireless Internet provider located North East of Uxbridge,
Ontario.
The role will include providing Level 1 help desk support to primarily
a residential and business subscribers.
The role may also include providing Level 1/2 support for a custom
written application designed to track inventory.

General networking and I/P experience preferred.
Experience with Window 2000 - Win7, Server 2003/2008, RedHat 5, mySQL,
ODBC an asset.
