We are looking for an individual to fill a junior position for a 
wired/wireless Internet provider located North East of Uxbridge, Ontario.
The role will include providing Level 1 help desk support to primarily a 
residential and business subscribers.
The role may also include providing Level 1/2 support for a custom 
written application designed to track inventory.

Experience required in

- General networking and I/P experience
- Windows XP/Vista/7/2003 -- Primarily simple usage/admin functions
- ODBC Connections -- How to setup/config/troubleshoot ODBC connections
- MySQL Administration -- How to install/config/troubleshoot mysql on 
windows platform (one linux installation)
- SQL -- Simple SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE)
- Crystal Reports -- How to create Crystal Reports
