Hi Charlie,

I saw your ad from hacklab job mailing list. I'm a member at hacklab and
I'm looking a project like yours so I can support my startup project.

I'm a Rails developer and I can create your web app as you said. You can
checkout my current app at https://mibelo.com - check the demonstration and
you will see what I can do.

I think the total amount of man hours will take around 50 hours, but I'm
charging you only for the whole project.

For your project, it will cost $1000. 50% when you agree doing the project
with me and 50% once we finish with the project.

You also will need to pay for the server which can cost $240 per year (
